Let me introduce myself: I’m Federica Battaglia, creator of FB programm, with a bachelor’s degree in sports science and certified Personal Trainer by Project Invictus.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been heavily involved in sports, from swimming to artistic gymnastics, track and field, and triathlon. Over the last 10 years, I’ve focused on weightlifting, crossfit, and functional training…but despite it all,
…always searching for something that I didn’t even know.
Until I became aware of what was driving me to constantly change.
One day, I finally discovered what was happening…
The monotony of always doing the same things bored me, causing me to lose motivation in what I was doing, thus abandoning the goal I had set for myself in that particular sport.
This problem worsened a few years ago when we all found ourselves confined at home due to COVID, and I had to find a way to stay active without spending all my days on the couch.
And that’s exactly how,experimenting on myself, my training program was born, which allowed me to keep my motivation alive to continue training for all those months and still does.
When they finally reopened the doors, I found a job at a gym near my house as a gym assistant.
The beginning of this experience triggered something in me.
Every day, I saw many people coming to train, and on their faces, I could read an expression of pure boredom and when I talked to them, what came out was:
And… I knew very well that soon they wouldn’t come to the gym anymore, missing out on the benefits of the journey they had started.
I was truly tired and sad to hear that so many people found themselves trapped in this situation, and I absolutely wanted to do something to change it all.
One day, my supervisor approached me and asked if I would like to manage a course; without even thinking twice, I accepted.
I started this course with my training program with the aim of turn it on their desire to train so they could get back in shape and feel good about themselves.
All the people who came to try it out left excited and couldn’t wait for the next session.
After just the first month, they came to me happy to see the first results and to train again after so long or for the first time in their lives.
And it was there that I realized the powerful tool I had in my hands.
At a certain point, I decided to move to Egypt, but at the same time, I didn’t want to abandon the people who were attending my gym classes. So, I proposed to them to continue the journey with me online.
Despite my physical absence, they were able to follow the program with commitment and continued to make progress, reaching the goals they had set for themselves.
Thanks to all the feedback I received from my clients in the first year, I was able to structure a service that allowed all my clients to perform the exercises correctly to optimize their training and, above all, receive my corrections regarding their executions.
The training program, initially created to keep me motivated and moving throughout the quarantine period, was then improved and specifically adapted for people OVER 35 who want to lose the pounds accumulated over time and get back in shape.
